This video introduces an upcoming series of video tutorials for residents. The video tutorials intend to briefly show basic surgical procedures step by step, aiming to prepare the resident to perform the procedures independently. Moreover, more complex surgical interventions are presented as well, aiming to make the resident familiar with a surgery in which he or she will be assisting a more senior surgeon.
