The Latin American Association of Cardiac and Endovascular Surgery-LACES will have its first presential meeting during the 48th Congress of the Brazilian Society of Cardiovascular Surgery, scheduled from the 10th to the 11th of June 2022. This is the largest meeting of cardiovascular surgeons in Latin America, gathering a mean of 700 participants.
The sessions will have current themes to promote valuable and essential knowledge for daily practice. Interactive sessions, TAVI courses, discussions on public health with experienced professionals in the area, the presence of renowned Brazilian and foreign surgeons, and sessions with oral papers are the program's objectives being worked on by our scientific committee. There will also be sessions for residents and students that aim to provide debates on scientific topics, options and trends for the future of the speciality.
LACES invite all cardiovascular surgeons from Latin America to come to Porto Alegre, Brazil. We will have two days with a lot of learning and, above all, confraternization between cardiovascular surgeons from Latin America so that this meeting will be a great success.
